On customer demand of a particular colors, Spinks World does color matching services, i.e mixing of pantone colors for the customised color. Thus any color is possible by mixing and matching pantone shades be it 2 component ink or metallic ink.

Spinks World offers multilevel testing as a total tagless neck label pad printing solution provider. The process begins by identifying the fabric , art work and no. of colors required to be printed. Therefore the choice of neck label tagless pad printing machine is done on the above basis. The cliche/ plates are etched on hardened steel with MARKOLASER, laser marking machines on the basis of the design and the number of colors to be printed . The SURE pads to be used depend upon the depth of the etching of the cliche/ plate. The colors are matched and mixed by pantone shades according to the requirement of the colors of the designs. Finally infra red curing is done on the IR Conveyor for faster and better results. In all the above processes Spinks World does testing on every step to ensure high quality printing and cost effectiveness.
