Advantages compared to fusion(heat) transfer:-
- Heat(Fusion) transfer printing is very expansive some time Rs.1/Piece,Where as Pad printing/Piece is very low.
- Heat transfer speed is very low- 150-200 parts/hour,In pad printing we can go up to 1000 + Parts/hour
- The durability of pad printed tags exceed that of heat transfer labels and today pad printing tags can withstand up to 50 cycles of washing compare to 15 cycles with heat transfer printed tags.

Inks
We offer our Farbatex Ink – Which is meeting latest standard of textile industry, OEKO-TEX certification & GOTS and BPA-free compliance etc.
- We have very advance color matching center in Chennai with spectrophotometer so any PMS/TPX/TCX color can be matched and delivered in 24 hours at your plant.
- Also our Inks are more Opaque on Dark garments and have more Vibrant colours.
- Our Inks comply with all the norms like environmental safety, stability, non-toxicity and pass all the medical grade & FDA standards.
Cliché plate
Preciteel Plates specializes in high-quality steel clichés/plates, magnetic clichés/plates, ceramic clichés/plates, rotary or cylindrical cliché/plates, and aloxide cliché/plates for pad printing machines –and also offer Thick & Thin Plates and best Cliché/Plates Etching Services.
- Life of our Cliche is Aproximately 4-5 Lakhs Impressions.
Silicone Pads
We offer SURE Silicone Pad in Tagless Printing sharp to transfer the precise, and and high resolution image from the cliche to the garment. Our Pads have excellent Pick up and transfer properties of Ink, High tear strength and resistance, are easy to clean and have a long life.
- Life of our Pad is Approximately 4-5 Lakhs Impressions.
