The results of the pad printing on the fabric areessentially determined by the use of the cliche plate. The cliches/ pad printing plates are hardened steel plates on which the design/logo  to be printed is  etched by laser engraving process. The sharpness of the design on the fabric depends on the depth of  etching on the plate. Therefore precision lasers are used for this process for the following obvious reasons. We manufacture our own laser engraved plates.

Even a multicolor design is engraved on the plate with great precision and sharpness controlling the depth(18 to 35 microns) very easilywith the help of lasers. This ensures a clean and effective registration on the fabric with multiple colors.
